He gets one reminder half an hour after the appointment, and one more if free time runs out while he is still there. If he still does not tap, your dispatcher enters the times by hand on the load. The proof pack labels who entered each one — a dispatcher-entered time is still evidence, and it is still better than a reconstruction three weeks later.
No. The driver's page records the time he taps and any photo he chooses to send. It never reads his phone's location, there is no background app, and the page tells him so at the bottom.
That is most of them, and it is not a reason to skip the claim. WaitStamp falls back to that broker's usual terms, then to your own standard terms, and states on the claim which one it used — because “per your rate confirmation” reads differently from “the carrier's standard terms.”

Yes. Whatever sales tax applies in your state is already inside the figure on this page, so the amount you are charged is the amount you read. Your invoice itemises the tax separately for your accountant, and you can add a tax ID from the billing portal.
A truck counts in a month only if it was named on at least one load in that month, so a truck you park comes off the bill on its own. You are never billed per load or per claim.
