Driver text messages and photos

Your carrier uses WaitStamp to document detention so it can bill for the time you wait at docks. Your dispatcher adds your mobile number when he puts you on a load; that is how you come to get these texts. Here is exactly what to expect:

• Before an appointment you get one text with a link to the facility you are headed to.
• If you have not tapped by the appointment time, you may get one reminder. If free time runs out while you are still there, you get one more telling you detention is now running.
• The link opens a page with three buttons: I'm here, Free to go, I'm leaving. Using them is optional, but your taps are what set the arrival and departure times on the claim, so tapping is what gets the waiting paid for.
• You can also send a photo of the signed BOL from that page. Nothing is sent automatically.
• The page does not read your phone's location, and we do not track you between facilities.

Message frequency varies by how many loads you run. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for contact details. Your dispatcher can also turn them off for you. Opting out does not affect your job; it only means your times get entered by hand instead.
